Seventy year old Yaakov Fidelman (Sasson Gabai, "The Band's Visit") tries to hold onto the antique restoration workshop which has been his life's work.
After his long-time business partner passes away, his son Noah, an attorney, pressures Yaakov to close the failing store and build an apartment complex on the site. Anton, his apprentice, finds a neglected piano in the workshop—an 1882 Steinway that, given a new baseboard, would be worth enough to save the store.
When Anton falls in love with Hava, Noah's pregnant wife, the two young men compete not only for a father, but for a woman. A sensitive story of dreams realized and denied.
